Intended Use
The
TBS-01 patient transport cart is designed for
safe and efficient horizontal transportation of patients within hospital buildings, including between wards, diagnostic units, operating rooms, and emergency departments.
Design and Construction
- Frame and Stretcher Structure:
- – Welded construction from round-section steel tubing
- – Finished with polymer-powder coating or made of stainless steel, both resistant to repeated sanitary and disinfection treatments
- Stretcher (Lying Surface):
- – Available in two configurations upon request:
- Single-section – flat, made of sheet metal
- Two-section – includes an adjustable head panel
- – Head section: Mechanically adjustable via stepped ratchet (“comb”) mechanism for secure angle fixation
- Removable Stretcher:
- – Easily detachable for cleaning, disinfection, or replacement
- – Equipped with ergonomic rubberized handles and rubber-capped support legs for stability when placed on the floor
- Wheels:
- – Four swivel casters, 150 mm in diameter
- – Two wheels with brakes for secure immobilization during patient transfer
Optional Accessories
- IV pole (infusion stand)
- Bumpers – 4 pcs (for frame and corner protection)
- Mattress:
- – Made of polyurethane foam, thickness 20 mm or 40 mm
- – Cover options: synthetic fabric or artificial leather, both durable and easy to disinfect
