Description
The ultraviolet bactericidal irradiator is intended for disinfecting the air in premises of categories I–V. The process is carried out in accordance with Guide R 3.5.1904‑04 in hospitals, maternity hospitals, polyclinics, general‑profile sanatoriums, as well as in preschool, school, public and industrial organizations.
The ultraviolet bactericidal irradiator uses bactericidal lamps from manufacturers such as OSRAM, Lighttech or Philips. The bactericidal flux is at least 11 W.
For the manufacture of bactericidal lamps a special coating or glass is used that has a high transmittance for bactericidal ultraviolet rays and at the same time absorbs radiation with wavelengths below 200 nm. During the operation of the ultraviolet bactericidal irradiator ozone formation is registered (within MAC limits), which completely disappears after 11 hours of lamp operation.
An electronic counter with a four‑digit digital indicator records the operating time of the lamps. This allows registering the total lamp operating time of the product in hours. In addition, the irradiator provides for switching on the ultraviolet lamps with a 10‑second delay. This function gives personnel the opportunity to safely leave the room after the device is turned on.
